Mule Deer range in colour from dark brown grey, dark and light ash-grey to brown and even reddish. Commonly seen in towns throughout the Pass, especially during migration in Spring/Fall.
The have extremely good hearing, and their large ears rotate around to give them 360 degree hearing. |
